I'm so glad I got this especially with the two prongs! WE GUESS NO MORE!

The reason I got this is because I bought a giant incense box with all the trimmings and it was awful! It took forever and then the food was still raw and there was very little smoke. So I returned the $200 item and bought a smoker for my Amazon grill (which works great and is a million times better than my giant smoker). I bought this too so I know when my meat is REALLY done! To test it out on the grill, we have 2 1/2 pound burgers! I asked my son who was 10 years old to build a digital thermometer and explain to me how it works. (while cooking he mentioned it was like Star Trek with probe 1 and probe 2 - laughs) What struck me was that both of our burgers didn't burn, but look at the picture how different the temperatures were! I could move and get the high temp somewhere else and try to pick up the low temp! The result was AMAZING. We get it! We both love meat, but not raw, just enough to be cooked and not overcooked. I think I call that low Rare! The best hamburger! And I didn't even get it for the burgers (although I'll use them for them from now on)! I'm so excited to see chicken and turkey with two pickled sides. You can see how you could say let's move it or flip it etc! Just great and I think a very good price!
