Hi all! Such an infrared thermometer was purchased on the advice of a pediatrician. If your child is a fidget, then it will be problematic and unsafe to measure the temperature with mercury - he can break the thermometer. We have an electronic one, but it takes a long time to measure, the child simply will not sit quietly for 4 minutes. There is also infrared, but it does not show exactly. And this one suited everyone - the measurement is accurate, but there may be a slight deviation of 0.1-0.2 degrees from mercury. Checked for myself. The measurement time is only 3 seconds. It is enough to point the sensor at the forehead from a distance of 3 centimeters and you will see an inscription with numbers on the screen. Very convenient and safe. Assembled very high quality, the materials are also good. In the hand is very comfortable. In general, Xiaomi has been time-tested and produces very high-quality things from phones to robotic vacuum cleaners, and I think there are no complaints about their technology. They didn’t find such a thermometer in stores, they ordered it on aliexpress! There are no instructions in Russian, but everything is clear! I put 5, and so 10 out of 10. I strongly recommend to everyone to buy!
