Review on Enhanced SEO: Victorinox Fibrox Pro 12-inch Slicing Knife with Granton Blade by Jason Bell

I received the item as promised (thanks Revane). I unpacked the knife, washed it and got my first impression: the handle is too long and of poor quality. Then I noticed that it is well balanced, the handle (with a slightly rough surface) offers an excellent grip even when wet, and the blade is a bit more flexible than my other knives. Now for testing. I sliced the lime, orange, onion, carrot (yes, I'm crazy) thinly (and I mean THIN) and then moved on to the ham and salami. In short, this knife is amazing. As mentioned earlier, slicing the fruit and veg took very little effort. With ham and salami you need a little more power, depending on how thin the slices should be. In terms of length, 12 inches might seem a little long for a knife, but it feels stable when cutting. The knife is made of stainless steel and obviously easy to clean. Caution: The knife is very sharp and will likely remain very sharp for a while. I should have bought this knife many years ago. As for the price, I thought it was a bit high at first. Not correct! You get what you pay for and in this case this knife is worth it. I have no cons for this item and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a very good quality cutting knife.
