This bracket made the necessary repair of double leaf doors much easier for me when I hadn't received it. The repair was made to the underside of one of the double doors in my guest room where the hardboard was broken. The fiberboard floor panel, not properly supported by the door panel, carried the full weight of the door; eventually cracked and broke. Using a bracket I bought I was able to pull out the fiberboard and glue it to the front panels. I then correctly added the support bracket. It now holds the fiberboard in place and is barely visible from the outside of the door. You should focus on the floor where the door rotates to see a small part of it. It is worth buying these brackets for stretched hinge mounting holes or damaged MDF bi-fold door backing boards.
