Very user friendly and affordable: WebSupport PRO

The customer support can be customized to fit my business needs, I have full control over what is displayed in each screen of web-based application that allows me access from anywhere at any time via remote desktop connection or mobile devices (IOS/Android). It's easy for staff members who are not tech savvy users as well those with limited technical skills like myself use it without problem! There isn't anything i dislike about this product so far but if you're looking into an all inclusive help desk software look no further than websupportpro!! We've been able solve problems related remotely which has saved us lots precious man hours spent traveling between clients locations just trying figure out issues ourselves instead spend our valuable resources solving them right away using websupports pro. Remotely troubleshooting client computer systems by accessing their computers through internet browsers allowing employees across multiple branches around world work together collaboratively resolving complex IT incidents within minutes rather then days weeks months etc..! Websup.
