Web Support Pro Is An Excellent Ticketer Solution

I like everything about it, from its ease of use to how well-built all the features are! It's so easy for both users AND admins/managers to create tickets in one place (rather than having many different apps). The support team is also amazing - they respond quickly with helpful tips or explanations when we need them most. Nothing really at this time that needs improvement other then maybe some more training options would be nice but there aren't any problems right now as far as i can see. If…

  • That best thing ever..the ability just click "send ticket" if something isn’t working properly insteadof creating emails until your fingers fall off!! Also love being ableto assign cases directly within my inbox ratherthan going through cumbersome menus eachtime.and finally not forgetting important things because someone else decidedthey could take care o fit themselves :) #blessed

Very user friendly and affordable: WebSupport PRO

The customer support can be customized to fit my business needs, I have full control over what is displayed in each screen of web-based application that allows me access from anywhere at any time via remote desktop connection or mobile devices (IOS/Android). It's easy for staff members who are not tech savvy users as well those with limited technical skills like myself use it without problem!
