I like everything about it, from its ease of use to how well-built all the features are! It's so easy for both users AND admins/managers to create tickets in one place (rather than having many different apps). The support team is also amazing - they respond quickly with helpful tips or explanations when we need them most. Nothing really at this time that needs improvement other then maybe some more training options would be nice but there aren't any problems right now as far as i can see. If you want an awesome ticketing system where everyone has access to their own personal dashboard without worrying too much abut security issues try out websupport pro. We have been using several different systems over the years including helpdesk software made by our previous employer who was bought out by another larger competitor. This new service allows us to keep track of customer requests via email or phone calls while still allowing multiple managers to log into the same account.
