I connected it to a USB extender for more convenience in placing the USB ports on the table. It's a smart design, small but stands in a slightly reclined upright position to allow for easy access to ports. When the device is connected to the network, it has nice dimly backlit ports that change from blue to green to red. It's an eye-catching cool feature that's self-powered. It's not obtrusive or obtrusive, it just looks good and makes it easy to see the ports too. After installing this hub I was able to connect a bluetooth adapter, wireless mouse dongle and still have two free ports on my desk for adapter drives etc. The device requires no additional drivers to be installed and comes with 27" USB port. connect.
