Review on WonderDesk by Aaron Stewart

I like that it has an in-built chat room, so you can have multiple people all working together at once without cluttering up one screen with separate chats for each person! It's also very good if someone needs support but doesn't want their personal data being shared around (like social media). You need to be able use any kind of computer/phone as they don’t allow access through tablets or other devices - which would make sense because there are some mobile apps available now too however this could just not work when using them outside office hours etc., plus we're quite small compared to others who do provide these services anyway though maybe more options should become possible? We were looking into different types of ticketing systems before deciding between Zendesk vs Deskhelpers & then came across wonderdesks during research process where our colleagues had used both.
