Opening and closing to change jobs on a project is a problem. Sometimes the nut will slip out of a certain shaped hole (easy to fix but more hassle than I'd like). It is often tedious trying to evenly match the white inner hoop to the colored outer hoop. I'm not used to locking grooves in my tires, not good on thicker projects. It's reasonable, not amazing. The colors are hideous, but I don't leave projects in the hoop, so it doesn't matter. I miss my old school wooden hoops but then again those cheap plastic hoops don't leave little rusty circles on my fabric due to the age/humidity in my area. Getting so much for such a low price is a plus. One ring is missing a nut, so I have to cannibalize the other one. It's all. I must have a surrogate mother somewhere. The ad said they would be with needles. The needles didn't come, just the hoop. I expected that for the price.
