I would like to mention that I am a beginner when it comes to yoga. Some of the moves can be a little difficult because I am not on "that” level yet. With that being said this yoga set is great for beginners it helps me modify several positions. The cushion is memory foam, it arrives completely compressed so you need to let it fully expand for about 30 mins before using. The straps allow you to adjust the length through a metal 2 ring clip. The box also comes with a little booklet showing you different positions that can be used with the pillow, I wish it would have positions for the straps as well.Other than that it’s a helpful kit for any beginner
