UPDATE: MFG has tried several times to contact me to resolve the issue. The device has already been returned/refunded and another device has been purchased/installed in its place. They're trying to get it right. Increase the rating by one run for their repair attempt. Installation was difficult. Not enough wire (had to buy more). Complicated transmitter installation. Company to send all the replacement parts and return them as the monitor overheated and could be a fire hazard in the car (had to navigate the cables as the unit itself got too hot to touch).
