Great replacement filter with fast shipping. The useful life largely depends on the water quality. If the water entering your house is bloody dirty, the filter will last a month. If it's clean enough, it will last much longer. You can tell it's time to replace when the water pressure drops. It also means that it did its job and removed all the crap from your faucet filters, fridge filters, detergents, boilers, etc.
