Review on 🔧 XT AUTO Stainless Compatible Repair Kit by Jerry Eintertainment

This review is for a 6mm x 1.0 thread repair kit. The drill and tap were fine. Insert could not be inserted correctly. After installing and pulling out 5-6 inserts, I decided that the inserts should be in increments of .75 instead of 1.0. Bit the bullet and bought the real brand store Of course I saw right away that the right bits have a larger thread pitch, 1.0. Properly branded 1.0 pitch inserts are included in the kit. It was very fortunate that the wrong nozzle or tap was not accidentally put in this kit and they were just inserts. I could wreck an almost irreplaceable engine part on a vintage motorcycle. Suggest you go through all the parts of this kit very carefully before using any part of it, or spend a little more and buy the original brand name. I always seem to have to learn the hard way. The rule here is that you get what you pay for.
