Review on Efficient Steering Pulley Service with OTC 4530: Enhancing Performance and Safety by Eric Garron

Bought the kit to work on an older GMC pickup. The pulley removal tool worked perfectly. The installation tool failed before the pulley was completely replaced. The 3/8-16 pinch bolt tired and eventually broke over a quarter of an inch before the pulley was properly installed. As this is a special screw, no replacement parts are available. I had to find a tool similar to OTC 7005 locally to complete the installation. The OTC 7005 has a much larger turnbuckle that will likely stand up to repeated use. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't buy the OTC 4530 kit, I would buy a separate OTC 7005 removal tool and installation tool instead.
