The ability to keep track of all my patient's appointments in one place makes it easy when I need info quickly! It also helps me pull up previous notes or medical records with ease as well!! Sometimes you can have an appointment scheduled but not show until later which causes some confusion if someone needs something done while they are waiting around (especially after hours). This has been resolved by adding reminders so now everything shows at once even though there may be gaps from missed time slots due to no access outside work times etc...
