First off, the booklet doesn't explain how to do it. If the device worked I wouldn't mind - it's a typical Chinese manual, rather than paying someone $100 to write it correctly - they were cheap. I guess I made it at home. The real problem is that this is my second device, the first one couldn't format or copy properly at all. In the second, every micro SD chip failed. On my PC I formatted and tested the chips with no errors, but all could not be formatted and copied. They were all 16GB Class 10 Sans Disk chips - not Chinese fakes. Stand alone copier with 7 chips. I've been in the IT world for 30 years and quite used to this failure pattern. The first bad box can be a bug, the second is a pattern. $550 7-chip block or duplicate it on your PC (takes longer but fair results).
