I like that you can easily create multiple interview templates with different questions for each type or category, which saves time in creating new interviews when needed! It also makes it easier if there are too many candidates to contact at once because they all have their own unique set up as well (which helps speed things along). The system does not always work 100% perfectly but overall we've been happy so far using this software solution from Tilestudy.com - no complaints here!! As mentioned above though sometimes some sections don't line-up properly causing an error message poping out saying something about needing more space etc., however these errors tend only happen occasionally & do nothing other than make users aware of them via email notification. We use this product mainly within our recruitment department where its used primarily by Recruiters who conduct phone screens/interviews.
