The best part was that it allowed me access to an online platform so I could do my prep work for interviews without being in front of any equipment or computer! It also helped with organization as well, allowing you upload your file folders onto one system instead having multiple ones scattered throughout different areas/locations etc. Nothing really at this time (as far like concerns). I like that you can easily create multiple interview templates with different questions for each type or category, which saves time in creating new interviews when needed! It also makes it easier if there are too many candidates to contact at once because they all have their own unique set up as well (which helps speed things along).
