I like that they are able to pull up various studies for me so i can see what is best for my situation. Sometimes it doesn't load correctly however when it does work it's very helpful! Not much at this time. I would say try them out first before deciding whether or not you want to use this service. There have been times where their pages do not open but once its there then it works great! Also if your having issues with loading it it could be because of certain browsers as well. It would help us understand our options better. We were trying to find other insurances we could add to ours which has helped us decide between plans. The platform is easy for my clients who are not tech savvy at all! It's user friendly with great features that allows me as their personal coach/trainer access them remotely via video chat or phone call anytime during business hours (9am - 5pm EST). I have been able use this tool since its launch in 2016 by helping people reach goals they didn't know were possible.
