I had to reconsider this strange experience. I have 2 veiled chameleons and they have just found a new home in their old, smaller ones after 4 months. Our heat bulb setup worked great but my husband broke one of them during the transition. He selected these as well as some from eBay that would take too long to ship. We got them first, installed one and it worked great, but after a few hours I noticed it stopped working. Strange. So I check everything and put another bulb in. Works perfectly. Then I check it at the end of the day and it's gone cold. We bought a new bulb locally and it still works. So I'm not sure what happened to them, they just stopped working. Thank you Revane for getting my money back without a fight!
