It's amazing how difficult the installation was for such a simple product. Subaru doesn't really make things simple, more like plush, safe and tidy. The installation took about 30 minutes and you need to go slow and follow the instructions. Everything else works fine, looks like the picture. I wish it was wider in terms of front-to-back orientation (depth?) to accommodate larger items, anything thicker than a gallon of milk would be difficult to fit.
