My experience with this product is not great. I regret not having waited for the bissell brand to be back in stock. I've never had any problems with them. I only replaced them because they became dirty after years of use. It builds up eventually and I wanted to see how clean my floors got after mopping. 2 is still torn at the seam where he hugs the mop head while using them. First use of each. I washed it before use, machine washed gently on a delicate cycle, no other items in the load and air dried. They also left horrible streaks on my hardwood floors. Not sure why, I didn't use fabric softener or dryer sheets. If the other 4 snap, I'll return.
