Great product but short-lived
Our dog has puppies. This pad was PERFECT for the first 2 days and then stopped heating. Tempo. The controller allows you to use specific timing parameters with an assigned timer. The zipper on the case is cheap and easy to damage. This would not be a problem if the heating pad worked longer.
