I bought these steps and the accompanying Lund Rail for my 2017 JKU. The steps were nice and solid and appeared to be well constructed. The issues I encountered were that these steps have square edges rather than the rounded ones that many other footpegs have. I noticed that when the doors were opened, the cars parked on either side of me could get a big dent where those steps are on the jeep. I was afraid someone would take revenge on my Wrangler if that happened. Also, these steps are difficult to install and remove because the panel that sits above them in the guide is not fixed in the panel. You have to hold it with one hand while trying to screw in the screws from the bottom. It's fine for initial setup, but if you plan on taking it off and putting it on for off-road use, it's not going to be a quick and easy task. I love how some people have used these steps on non-Lund rails. I'm sure it will take some work to drill and fit these custom but I think it would be your better choice than buying Lund rails. Lund/Rampage rails have a design flaw: the mounting bracket is vertical and can jam if you ever hit a rock. I ended up not using them and sending them back.
