These are high quality microfibre cloths. The build quality is excellent, threads won't pull/loose, and the well-stitched hem is firmly sewn and will stand up to heavy use without fraying. The fabric has a waffle texture that contributes to both absorbency and water retention, as well as the ability to catch and hold crumbs when cleaning counters (or pretty much anything else). 12 inches per product description (11 5/8 on each side). The actual size is close enough to the advertised size that I'm not deducting a star for that, but they would be more useful in a larger size. Either way, they're good for tasks like cleaning the counter, cleaning appliances, cleaning windows, etc., but a bit small for bigger tasks like washing the car (although they're great for cleaning the inside of a car). They are more expensive than other microfiber towels, but in my opinion the better build quality justifies their price. Also, better build quality allows for a longer lifespan than cheaper ones, which helps offset the higher price. Like any microfiber towel, they can be machine washed, but it's best to let them air dry (lay or hang) rather than tumble dry to retain their absorbency.
