My do-it-yourself oil change was put on hold as this product arrived damaged. The product was sent in a padded envelope and what you see in the photo is how I received the product. Care must be taken when transporting. I was able to get a replacement through Revain but had to deal with the inconvenience of the delayed oil change and packing and shipping the return to UPS. The new filter works well and the SureGrip definitely helps with the installation. and distance. I changed the oil myself for many years, but then I started taking cars to the shop for a few years. Now I'm making them myself again to save some money but more importantly to make sure the job is done right. I've been using these fram filters for a while and will no doubt continue to use them for the foreseeable future. In terms of value for money, this is probably the best value for money.
