Be careful not to over tighten the spade lugs
I broke one of these on the hydraulic pump trying to tighten the spade lugs from the top. This is a tough challenge because if you don't tighten the grommets, they can get too hot. But if you overtighten them, the plastic will break. But I was very happy to find this replacement on Amazon at a good price. The pump is running again. Notice how the bottom tabs appear to act as a ground.
