The perfect holder for my jack! Mounts directly to my FJ's standard roof rack - had to use larger gimbals but installed in less than 5 minutes. The instructions don't list any torque specifications, so you'll have to find that out for yourself. Don't over tighten it or you'll bend the rod you put it on. I wish it had lockable mounting options, but I'm not too concerned about theft on the road or around town. Highly recommended for those who want to install their own jack but don't want to spend money on it.
