These suckers are FLESH. But damn, they work. I've used them to mount them on a platform with an 8020 frame to hold an RTIC 65 cooler (quite heavy when empty) and they work great. Pretty smooth movement and weight support like it's nothing. The dimensions shown are correct. When designing a box or platform, leave 3/4 inch space between the mounting wall/surface on each side of the platform.
