📦 Heavy-Duty Capacity Drawer Slide Extension Review

Very happy with these casters. I used them to build a moving platform for my fridge in my RV. I'm rolling out the fridge because I plan on installing a countertop over it.

Used to install and unload a 5500w alternator from a small trailer. Solid sliders, I had a little trouble installing because my screws were rubbing the middle slider a bit. Tried different screws and it slides great on a 300lb Genny.

Very durable and well built design. Each slide is 3/4 inches tall so a total of 1 1/2 inches of space is wasted. I made my own box and it was pretty easy using a table saw and a custom saw. I don't have much weight in my 22x36 box, but it seems like it will carry my weight (200lbs) with no problem. I recommend this set to everyone! I'm thinking about buying another one.

These suckers are FLESH. But damn, they work. I've used them to mount them on a platform with an 8020 frame to hold an RTIC 65 cooler (quite heavy when empty) and they work great. Pretty smooth movement and weight support like it's nothing. The dimensions shown are correct. When designing a box or platform, leave 3/4 inch space between the mounting wall/surface on each side of the platform.

This is a bg, HEAVY slide. They are thicker than the smaller foils so be aware that you have to take this into account. I wish there were lighter ones in the 36" full extensions, but at least you don't have to worry about overloading them. I will also point out that you cannot use regular lead screws when installing as they will rub. So you'll need to use a #10 screw so the cone head sits flush but doesn't go right through the hole.

When these 36 inch drawer slides arrived at my house I knew right away that they would be as good or even better than expected. The packaging and the weight of the guide say a lot about a product. The use of suitable screws, as described in the product brochure, made assembly easier. I'm building a large storage box in the back of my Jeep and these rails, while overpriced for my anticipated needs, are perfect. They are designed for heavy-duty applications. I used them to make HUGE kitchen drawers out of an oddly deep cupboard over the stairs. I now have a 36" deep drawer. After installing the glides, I did push ups (200 pounds) on them and they didn't even flex. They really are designed for tough conditions.
