I have both a 27 " Thunderbolt/Cinema Display LED and .
I have a 27" Thunderbolt/Cinema Display LED and a 27" iMac (the one with the black back cover) and those mounts worked great! With these VESA adapters to another monitor, I have found that the aluminum is VERY soft and not very durable for repeated use/replacements. Be VERY careful when screwing in the small screws that hold the small Hold the aluminum block to the monitor - they are VERY easy to rip off the soft aluminum, don't use a drill, use a hand tool, they are VERY VERY SOFT!
