I love ChiaoGoo! I've been using regular needles for about 25 years. Then a few years ago he repaired the circulars for a very large Afghan, glad not to have to deal with heavy needles and stitches. I started using circular needles for small projects but got frustrated with the bent cables and the need to get more needles each time I started a new type of project. The replacement kit seemed expensive to me, and last year I finally bit the bullet. For me it is cheaper and much better quality. The ChiaoGoo cords are flexible and don't kink, my cat chews on them but they are too hard for him to chew. I'm an organizer so I like that it comes in a case that keeps all the needles organized and has a cable pocket on the side. I bought longer cables and extra needles, they all fit. I have everything I need for most projects (just ordered a mini sock set, can't wait for them to arrive)!
