I bought this to fix a costly problem. I have a van fridge that is no longer manufactured. The native 5A fuse on the control board keeps blowing. With a blown fuse I soldered two 12 gauge wires to each end and then soldered the other ends to this circuit breaker. Since the ammeter showed a maximum current draw of 5 amps, this helps keep my fridge running without a very expensive replacement.
