Has stopped working for 6 months

Replaced this item 6 months ago and after other engine repairs recently I have still had performance issues. I never checked if it works on install. I just assumed it was, but I tested it today and it doesn't work at all. It's shorted inside. UPDATE: The seller replaced the original unit and now this unit is out of service. Very disappointed.
