Bought 2 of these for my two gray parrots to keep them busy. It has differently shaped cutouts on each side. To fill it up you'll need to stuff treats into the cutouts as it won't open. There is a film on it that needs to be removed. It has a cord and a clip to hang it in the cage. I couldn't get the clip to stay open to hang on the cage so my husband had to do it for me. This showed me that I needed to replace the clip so I could do it myself. I wasn't sure if my grays would be able to get the treats I stuffed into them, but the next morning the food toys were almost empty so they had no problem getting their treats. The toy itself is nice and thick, but it had been in the cage for about a week when one of the grays managed to steal it. It seems like it could have been made better to last longer and be easier to get in and out of the cage.
