WOW, great product and fantastic company!

Not only does it work, but I made a mistake (although I did cover it with a fake rock) and left it outside over the winter. The water in the tube froze and then shattered the glass inside and broke the outer seal. I called the seller and asked them to send me the parts and I will pay for it. Instead he sent me a new one and said everything was fine and I didn't have to pay for it. IMPRESSIVE! A++, it was all my fault and they still prevailed
