is this a joke? fits cap

I live in the country and have driven 30 miles for a gas cap since. So I ordered one here for my 1989 IROC-Z. Only half came. The box is not damaged. I have contacted ACDelco and am waiting for a response. UPDATE &gt; ACDelco contacted me and said it was a Revain issue. So to get it back I have to drive 30 miles to the drop off point. What a waste of time and resources. The first step was to contact the parts dealer.
