Review on CareLogic EHR by Michael Cooper

I like that it is easy for my patients' information in their medical record as well as having access from anywhere via computer or phone! It's not great at all when you have multiple doctors/specialists who are seeing different parts of your patient population (e-visits). Also if they do an appointment through carelogics then there can be issues getting paid by insurance companies since we don't use them anymore but our billing was transferred over so now its just another vendor system which doesn;t help us much either!! But overall good product though could get better support staff - maybe more customer service reps? And also would love being able to see what other physicians were doing within same practice instead only one view per user etc.
