The best part about answerrocket is that it's so easy to use! It has everything you need from an ATS tool including all sorts of data visualization tools right at your fingertips. They've also got great customer support which helps when things go wrong (which they do). I wish there was more information available about how their product compares to other products out there. If you're looking for something simple but powerful then this might just be what you want. We needed a way to integrate our internal ticketing system with Salesforce.answerRocket allowed us to create custom fields within our tickets allowing us to collect additional information and easily pull those details back into our CRM using SFDC connectors.
