Review on 🔒 Wireless Garage Door Opener Keypad by Overhead Door - Weather-Resistant - OKP-BX - White, 1 Pack by Greg Mack

We bought this keyboard approx. We bought it for two reasons. 1- if for some reason we had no other way to get to our house. 2- so that the maid can enter the house without handing over the key. The only time it's used is when the maid shows up every two weeks. She shows up, it doesn't work. I swap batteries. She can get into the next house on her next visit. On the next visit it doesn't work again. I'll change the batteries again. Maybe she'll stop by on her next visit. It's been like this for a year now! I was finally mad enough to write a review about it. I can't contact the "Seller" to let them know about this as I can't contact them at the moment. Come on Overhead Door, you've been in business for years. What's wrong with this keyboard? I want a replacement or refund. If I see one or the other, I'll be happy to update my review if it works.
