Review on NETGEAR PowerLINE 1000 Mbps Gigabit by Jerardo Phi

I bought this product hoping it would solve my internet connection problem. I live in a big house with many corners. It also has very thick walls and doors. Wi-Fi does not reach my room and there is no cable in my room to connect a second modem. I doubted this would work because my room is not on the same circuit as the room with the modem. The circuit in my room is on the same panel as the other room, but with a different switch. It still worked! I plugged an ethernet cable into the router in the modem room, plugged a power line network adapter into an outlet in that room, and plugged in a second adapter in my room. In my room I connected an Ethernet cable to a Wi-Fi router and now I have a Wi-Fi network in my room and around. I use it for two computers, two phones and for streaming to Smart TV! Hooray!
