A good drain tank with an unpleasant downside.

Overall this pan is fine except for one flaw. If you transfer this pot to another container, you have to be very careful, water very slowly and be careful how far you tilt the pot. If you tilt it too far, the oil will run right over the edge and all over the floor. The nose and lip should have been much bigger. Also, I like to clean the pan after use, so I don't have an oil filled pan in my garage and this pan is very difficult to clean.
