Product does not work. The reel is advertised as having a ratcheting mechanism that can stop anywhere. It doesn't work on my block. As a result, the hose is always under tension. This will damage any tool I attach to the hose as it will hit the ground with a spool. Would appreciate getting a new unit of work to revise this review. As mentioned, the device doesn't look like it's made by Dewalt as the color of the plastic doesn't match their tools or advertising. looks pale The device is surprisingly bulky for a hose that's only 50 feet long. The grade of plastic used is smaller than expected, but weight savings may have been a design consideration. The hose is nice and the ability to adjust the ball of the hose is a nice feature as long as it stays on. I would pay more for a Dewalt color matcher. As it is I have a non-working faded coil for less money.
