I like that we can have all our info in one place so when my doctor is out of town or not available at certain times i know exactly where he/she was treated previously without having multiple phone numbers from different providers as well as getting calls about appointments etc! It's easy enough if someone has an issue but hard since there are many people who don't understand what their insurance covers which leads them into frustration over being billed incorrectly by these companies. Also sometimes some doctors' offices will bill us even though its covered under another policy instead going through this system (which would be much easier). This way everything stays centralized within the same app rather than calling each other back-and forth trying get answers regarding bills vs coverage issues.
