Best patient care experience possible

I love that we have an open line of communication between our office staff and my patients. They can text me anytime during normal business hours if it's not convenient for them to call or come in. Sometimes some texts get lost so sometimes there is uncertainty about what was said but this has improved since implementing the system. If someone isn't responding within 24 hrs., then maybe something happened along the way where their phone died or didn't receive the message. Also, if a person…

I like that it is easy to use, has a lot of features, and all of them are intuitive. It is a very simple tool that can help physicians manage their patients' information quickly. There are not many options for customizing the layout or design of the website. Also, there are some things in the dashboard that could be improved. For example, it would be nice if you could have more than one calendar. I also wish that the system was customizable so that we could add our own fields. Atlas.md is a…

Convenient and user friendly to check past service history

I like that we can have all our info in one place so when my doctor is out of town or not available at certain times i know exactly where he/she was treated previously without having multiple phone numbers from different providers as well as getting calls about appointments etc! It's easy enough if someone has an issue but hard since there are many people who don't understand what their insurance covers which leads them into frustration over being billed incorrectly by these companies.   • Easy to contact your provider directly wthout waiting around forever, especially with those long hours they work now days thankfully most docs respond quickly too..not every time tho!! :)
