The customer service is wonderful! I have used them twice now in different capacities during my employment at an organization where they were helping me find new opportunities. Both times i was extremely impressed by their professionalism and kindness. They really care about their customers (and that's why they're so good!). Sometimes when you need help right away, sometimes this can be frustrating because they don't always respond immediately. But overall, I've been extremely happy working with these people. Keep your eye out for opportunities to work with them. They will exceed expectations and make sure that you feel valued as a person and not just another number or task. We've helped our employer improve communication internally between departments using the platform and we also use it as a tool to learn more about each other through self-learning challenges.
