Review on Hopkins 43455 Simple Vehicle Wiring by Ario Rojas

I installed this trailer wiring kit on a RAV-4. It took about 1 hour due to the difficult access to the existing wiring harnesses. Once the existing wiring was in the side panels, it was easy to separate the existing connectors and put the Hopkins connectors in between the original connectors and wire them all together. This must be done for both the left and right rear light. The plug of the trailer cable must then be routed to the trailer hitch. I couldn't do this step on my RAV4 so I just routed the wire under the mat and pulled it out over the door sill when I used it. The most important? It works!
