I drink a lot of water and ice tea without sugar all day. I need a large mug which I used for the 7-Eleven large drinking cups. I figured I should categorize my performance better so I bought one before which was 40oz but I filled it too much so I bought this one. It's definitely better as it lasts longer, but I don't notice a huge difference in terms of quality. The other cup had different lids, metal straws, and something to clean the straws with. This one had a huge plastic straw which gets very dirty and you can't get it out of the cup because there is a rib at the bottom. I'm sure it's designed so you won't lose it, but I didn't like it. I also don't like the fact that this mug is very heavy! Update: keep shopping. Is the rubber seal on the lid worn and covered with black dirt or mold? On topic. I've flushed it as best I could, but I really need a new gasket. Another company I bought a mug like this from provided me with extra lids and extra pads with no problem. This company doesn't sell the seal itself and wants you to buy a new cap for $11.99! Problem! Also, I haven't had this cup in 6 months and now it's sweating. I am very disappointed and want my money back.
