Review on 🚪 Dorman 79336 Replacement Front Exterior Door Handle - Driver Side, Black by Jason Richardson

So far so good. The part itself was fine, the problem was finding a youtube video showing how to install the front door latch. The one I found was poorly made and used rubble so some parts/steps were uncovered. There are good videos on how to remove the inner door panel. The best advice I can give is not to remove the lock barrel from the inner metal bracket - just pull the retaining clip on the old front door latch (this item) and then the lock barrel and inner metal frame will come out. an hour's work once you've done it. Took me 5-6 hours in 3 days because I stupidly removed the torsion hinge spring for the lock cylinder and had to figure out how to put everything back together.
